As our central collaboration platform, we leverage the ACC to create a single source of truth for project data. This ensures seamless workflows, clear communication, and integrated project management from design through to handover.

We use Revit to create intelligent, data-rich 3D models that form the foundation of every BIM project. Our expertise in Revit modelling allows for accurate design, improved coordination, and the production of high-quality project documentation.

For advanced project coordination, we utilise Navisworks Manage. This enables us to perform detailed clash detection, 4D construction simulation, and model aggregation, helping to identify and resolve issues before they occur on site.

Quality is paramount. We use Solibri for advanced Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), performing rigorous, rule-based checks to ensure our models are accurate, compliant with standards, and robustly validated.

To deliver accurate 5D cost estimation, we use CostX. This powerful platform allows us to extract precise quantities directly from our BIM models, enabling reliable cost planning, budget control, and variation management.

For creating immersive as-built records and digital twins, we employ Realsee. This technology allows us to capture and generate high-fidelity 3D virtual tours, providing clients with an intuitive and detailed virtual replica of their physical asset for facility management and marketing.
